Calm the nervous system in our humble 700-square-foot home. It's an Ideal Writer’s Retreat — perfect for extended projects or the perfect romantic surprise your nature-lover. Find inspiration at the modified dinner table (comfortably seats four) which converts into a working desk after meals. New construction adds a taste of modern convenience with 20-foot ceilings, picturesque windows opening up to the great outdoors, NC knotty pine floors, full kitchen, TV, electric fireplace, wifi and washer/dryer.

Our mountain chalet is rooted in the Great Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. Located in the town of Waynesville, NC, we are a 25 minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 30 miles West of Asheville and just minutes from Maggie Valley.
